This policy explains what information Everest Stumps collects when you use our website or our app, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the address of the stump, and the details you enter about it. The app also sends the stump measurement it took (diameter, circumference and how sure the reading was). The camera is used only to take that measurement. No photos or video are uploaded.

How we use it

We use this information only to prepare your quote, contact you about the job, and carry out the work if you book. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.

Who can see it

Our staff who handle quotes can see your request. Our website host and our software providers store it on our behalf and may only use it to provide that service.

Website analytics

If we turn on Google Analytics, it records how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed. It does not record what you type into the quote form.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests for as long as they are needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting duties, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by calling or emailing us using the details at the bottom of this page.
